This policy explains what is done with personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679) and Spain’s Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection (LOPDGDD).

What data, and where it comes from
Browsing this website does not require giving any personal data. There are no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no cookies, and the fonts are served from this site, not from Google Fonts or any other third party. Data is only processed when you get in touch:
- By phone: your number, and what you tell us about the job and where it is.
- By WhatsApp: your number and profile name, your messages, and any photos or location you choose to send.
- By email: your address and whatever the message contains.
- For the job itself: the address, your name, and, for an invoice, your tax details. To confirm you are entitled to have a door, vehicle or safe opened, a document is shown to us; it is checked on the spot and not copied or kept.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry, quote and carry out the work you ask for: steps taken at your request before a contract, and the contract itself (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
- To issue invoices and keep accounting and tax records: a legal obligation (art. 6.1.c).
- To check that whoever asks for an opening is entitled to it: the legitimate interest of the holder, of the property owner and of the public in preventing unlawful entry (art. 6.1.f).
No automated decisions are made and no profiles are built. No data is used for advertising.
Who else sees it
Data is not sold or passed on, except to these categories of recipient where needed:
- Website hosting. Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.), which handles technical connection data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
- Messaging. WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., part of Meta), if you choose to contact us that way, under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Email. The provider that hosts the business mailbox.
- Accounting and tax. An adviser or accountant, and the Spanish tax authorities, for invoices.
- Authorities. The police or courts, only where the law requires it.
Transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare and Meta may process data in the United States. Those transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on Standard Contractual Clauses with additional safeguards.
How long it is kept
- Enquiries that do not lead to a job: deleted once the enquiry is closed, and within a year at most.
- Job and customer records: for as long as the service lasts and while claims can be made.
- Invoices and accounting records: for the periods set by tax and commercial law (generally four and six years).
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of or objection to its processing, and its portability. Write to info@locksmithindenia.es or call +34 678 583 290, saying which right you wish to use. If you think your data has been mishandled, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Qué datos y de dónde proceden
Navegar por este sitio no exige facilitar datos personales. No hay formularios, cuentas, analítica ni cookies, y las tipografías se sirven desde este mismo sitio, no desde Google Fonts ni desde ningún otro tercero. Solo se tratan datos cuando usted contacta:
- Por teléfono: su número y lo que nos cuente del trabajo y del lugar.
- Por WhatsApp: su número y nombre de perfil, sus mensajes y las fotos o la ubicación que decida enviar.
- Por correo electrónico: su dirección y el contenido del mensaje.
- Para el trabajo: la dirección, su nombre y, para la factura, sus datos fiscales. Para comprobar que tiene derecho a que se abra una puerta, un vehículo o una caja fuerte, se nos muestra un documento, que se comprueba en el momento y no se copia ni se conserva.
Finalidad y base jurídica
- Atender su consulta, presupuestar y realizar el trabajo solicitado: medidas precontractuales a petición suya y ejecución del contrato (art. 6.1.b RGPD).
- Emitir facturas y llevar la contabilidad y los registros fiscales: obligación legal (art. 6.1.c).
- Comprobar que quien solicita una apertura tiene derecho a ella: interés legítimo del titular, del propietario del bien y de la sociedad en evitar accesos ilícitos (art. 6.1.f).
No se toman decisiones automatizadas ni se elaboran perfiles. Ningún dato se usa con fines publicitarios.
Destinatarios
Los datos no se venden ni se ceden, salvo a estas categorías de destinatarios cuando sea necesario:
- Alojamiento web. Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.), que trata datos técnicos de conexión, como direcciones IP, para servir y proteger el sitio.
- Mensajería. WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., del grupo Meta), si decide contactar por esa vía, con arreglo a sus propias condiciones y política de privacidad.
- Correo electrónico. El proveedor que aloja el buzón del negocio.
- Contabilidad y fiscalidad. Asesoría o gestoría, y la Agencia Tributaria, para las facturas.
- Autoridades. Fuerzas de seguridad o juzgados, solo cuando la ley lo exija.
Transferencias internacionales
Cloudflare y Meta pueden tratar datos en Estados Unidos. Esas transferencias se amparan en la decisión de adecuación de la Comisión Europea sobre el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. (Data Privacy Framework) o en Cláusulas Contractuales Tipo con garantías adicionales.
Plazos de conservación
- Consultas que no dan lugar a un trabajo: se suprimen al cerrarse la consulta y, como máximo, al año.
- Datos de trabajos y clientes: mientras dure el servicio y mientras puedan exigirse responsabilidades.
- Facturas y registros contables: durante los plazos que fijan la normativa tributaria y mercantil (con carácter general, cuatro y seis años).
Sus derechos
Puede solicitar el acceso a sus datos, su rectificación o supresión, la limitación u oposición a su tratamiento y su portabilidad. Si considera que sus datos no se han tratado correctamente, puede reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
